Again, we love this Single origin chocolate, made using the Fino De Aroma beans from the beautiful country of Colombia, with flavours that really shine through.
This is one of those chocolates, where one piece hits the spot, so can be enjoyed slowly. We enjoy this with a cup of Colombian coffee, rich dark and strong.
Fruity and flowery aromas and flavours with nutty malt notes, make up the characteristic flavour of Cacao Fino de Aroma, which distinguishes it from other cocoas in the world.
Only around 8% of the cocoa produced in the world is classified as Fino de Aroma, which describes an exquisite aroma and flavour, and 76% of this is grown in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Peru.
