We spend a lot of time making sure we create exceptional chocolate for your enjoyment, so it is equally important that we take the time to package it carefully to ensure it gets to you or your loved one in great condition. Part of this packaging includes the use of Ecoflo and other packaging materials, which you can chose to re-use, or recycle it in accordance with current environmental regulations.

£3.95 – 0- 1 kilos Standard Delivery UK (3-5 working days)
£5.95 – 2 -10 kilos Standard Delivery UK (3-5 working days)
Place your order before 2pm Mon- Thurs and we will do all we can to ensure next working day delivery.
*If this is an urgent order, please call us to let us know, so we can confirm that we have received your order & can send it out, as we don’t want to disappoint you.
We cannot currently offer deliveries on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, but will let you know when that changes.
Next Working Day Delivery is NOT available for delivery in the Scottish Highlands or Islands or any Off Shore post codes i.e Channel Islands, Ireland, Isle of Wight. Please select Standard delivery for these locations and currently, and extremely sadly delivery is not available on bank holiday weekends.
Please do remember that if you would like us to add a personal message to click the button, at checkout as we don’t include any sender information in the parcel, your recipient may not know who has been kind enough to send them the gift of chocolate!

Our same-day emergency chocolate delivery service is dependent upon stock being available, and the delivery address being within the boundaries of the York ring road and throughout York city Centre. Please call us to check if this service is available for you today. This service costs £8.00, and is a great option if you have forgotten a birthday or event!
Should your parcel be returned to us for any reason (UK delivery ONLY), for example due to a wrong post code or incomplete address, addressee gone away or not called for you, the sender will be liable to pay a resend charge of £3.95. We will notify you of any returns and ask you to contact us with your payment details in order for us to re send the parcel for you with the correct details. Don’t worry though, we only do this if we have to and do our very best to contact you if the courier is struggling to deliver.
