If you are wondering how we create our drinking chocolate range, we make it by creating a 5 kilo bar of the caramel, chocolate, infused with the seasalt, and then we put it through our elderly flaking machine to make those melt on your tongue fine flakes of chocolate. Hmmm, simply delicious.
To make one of our delicious hot chocolates, we recommend taking 35/40gm of our chocolate flakes and 50ml of hot frothy milk and mix into a paste.Add an additional 150ml of hot milk and stir. Relax and enjoy your Choc affair moment.
